"I named my child after character in my favourite TV show - it was my whole life"
A mum named her child after a character in her favourite teen TV show - and said "it would be hard to picture him as anything else". Emily Colborne, 31, named her son, Cohen, two, after a character in the US teen drama The OC. The character, Seth Cohen, is the main character of the show - and Emily's favourite. The show - which ran on Fox between 2003 and 2007 - was Emily's favourite growing up and she watched it "religiously". In a tribute to her favourite programme, when her twin sons, Cohen and Mason, were born in December 2021, she knew straight away what one would be called.
