My Mum, Your Dad's Roger and Janey's romantic trip - leaving her speechless over heartwarming moment
Ever since Roger Hawes and Janey Smith first locked eyes on reality TV show My Mum, Your Dad last year, the couple have been smitten ever since. And things appear no different during their romantic trip to Lanzarote, where Janey, 49, has been keeping fans updated with some pretty loved-up selfies. From sunset backdrops to dinner by the sea, Roger and Janey appear to be having a relaxing holiday.
However, Janey had fans laughing during a moment she was left 'speechless' when trying to share a touching moment with 59 year old Roger. Sharing a video while out for dinner, Janey told followers what she thought was the most 'romantic' sound - only to be caught off guard with Roger's hilarious response.
She said: "In a stunning restaurant in Lanzarote right by the sea and I said to Roger the sound of the waves is one of nicest sounds ever, it's relaxing and really romantic. I asked Roger what his favourite sound was and this was his response, 'A full-out at Anfield on a European night singing You'll Never Walk Alone. Oh right there [gestures to heart]'."

When one fan wrote: "Yes Roger! Sorry Janey enjoy your holiday," thankfully Janey saw the funny side and replied: "It's ok!!! Tbf my mums a scouser... and my brother is the biggest Liverpool fan I know, so I'm used to it... but thought maybe just maybe... he might've said the waves, but no [laughing face emojis]".
The fun didn't stop there for the pair though as Roger later upload a video of them showing off their best air-guitar moves. Dancing to Bon Jovi, postman Roger performed his best dance moves to fans while Janey could be seen in the background head-banging to the song.
Janey and Roger's loved-up trip comes after the singer opened up to OK! about the impact of being adopted has had on her life. She said: "Rejection and abandonment issues, I am a pleaser – these are all traits of being adopted. It’s only the past few years I have addressed it and understand why I push people away and find an excuse to end things. I put barriers up."
When OK! asked if adoption would ever be something she considered with Roger, Janey replied: "I’ve said to him before that I’d love to foster. I probably said it quite fleetingly but we’ve since done a few things with Action For Children charity to raise awareness. We don’t officially live with each other and we don’t have a big enough house but, yes, I said I’d love to do it and he said he would, too."
