As we put another year behind us and prepare for the start of something new, it's only right we take some time to look back at the most searched-for products of 2023 on Yahoo! UK. From best-selling game consoles to state-of-the-art air fryers, home security systems to digital devices designed for reading — not to mention a pair of Crocs or two — the results, which were pulled from hundreds of millions of searches on Yahoo UK in the past 12 months, reveal that most people were concerned with upgrading their locker of tech and gadgets, and didn't mind spending a little more on bigger ticketed, pricier items. Which, for some, may come as surprise following a pretty tricky financial few years.

4. PlayStation 5
The excitement for the PS5 didn't budge this year, with fans still keen to get their hands on the elusive PlayStation 5 and the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition, which has continuously sold out since first launching in November 2020.
