This Morning's Ben Shephard took to Instagram with a rare glimpse into his marriage, sharing a charming photo of his wife at the Chelsea Flower Show. His co-host Cat Deeley just couldn't resist teasing him, however, commenting: "Now you're in trouble... The Reno is imminent," complete with a laugh and a heart emoji as she hinted that a garden renovation for the Shephard family could be on the cards.

Ben's post featured his garden designer wife Annie immersed in her passion, alongside a caption that read: "Mrs S in her element! Just spent the day @rhschelsea it was so amazing to see the amazing gardens supported by @project.giving.back loads of friends but especially @annieshepharddesign so inspired- only problem is I think she's now planning a garden makeover."

Annie, who has recently ventured into gardening after winning an award for her design work following an horticulture course, was praised by Ben last July in a heartfelt post: "#Proud husband post!" he shared. "She has worked so hard over the last year, I couldn't be more proud of her and excited for what comes next."

The adorable update prompted fans to flood the comments, praising Annie's talent and beauty, with some even jokingly asking for her gardening expertise. One wrote: "Uh oh! ! She is very welcome to splash a bit of her inspo our way! ! Looking fabulous... as always... bet you had a gorgeous day," reports the Express.

Another fan playfully advised Ben: "Think yourself lucky. Think of what it would cost if you hired somebody xx," while another added: "Ben, your wife is absolutely stunning and clever as well. Xxxx."

Ben and Annie also used the occasion to catch up with some of his ITV colleagues. They were spotted with Good Morning Britain's Charlotte Hawkins and stylist Mark Heyes who regularly appears on Lorraine.

Ben and Annie met as students at University of Birmingham in 1995, before finally tying the knot in 2004 after nine years together. They share two teenage sons, Jack and Sam, and mainly keep their personal life out of the limelight. However, during an appearance on Good Morning Britain last year, Ben did talk about his relationship with his wife when co-presenter Kate Garraway asked him about his relationship with his own mum, and whether he was spoilt by her.

Ben said: "My wife with my boys does look after them and spoils them and does everything for them, and my mum probably does that for me. I know Annie gets annoyed about my mum and my relationship and me being spoiled by my mum and I can see it with her and our boys."
