Weddings can be an emotional day for everyone involved.

But even the royals aren’t immune from becoming a blubbering mess on someone’s special day.

Apparently Kate Middleton was ‘left in tears’ at the dress rehearsal for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s wedding after seeing her daughter Princess Charlotte in her bridesmaid dress for the first time.

The Duchess of Cambridge, 36, had just given birth to Prince Louis at the time and was said to be “feeling quite emotional”, a source told The Telegraph.

However the report comes after rumours began circulating that Meghan and Kate aren’t getting along.

“Kate and Meghan are very different people,” a source told the Daily Mail. “They don’t really get on.”

As a result, their differences are said to be causing a “growing rift” between Harry and Prince William, which has only been fuelled further by the fact the newlyweds are officially moving out of Kensington Palace.

The move comes despite an apartment right next to door to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge becoming available — having just having had a slick new upgrade.

Harry and Meghan — who are expecting their first child in spring next year — will be moving into Frogmore Cottage on the Windsor Estate once it has undergone extensive renovations.

While there’s no official word on whether there’s any truth to the rumours, the Palace did confirm the move is purely to accommodate the fact they’re becoming a family and need extra space.

Their current home — Nottingham Cottage — only has two bedrooms, and Frogmore is said to hold a special sentiment to the pair.
