Meghan Markle made a second engagement during her visit to Vancouver mainland on Tuesday afternoon, it has emerged.
It was revealed yesterday that the Duchess of Sussex, 38, had left Mille Fleurs, a multi-million pound waterfront mansion on Vancouver Island where she is currently residing with baby Archie, to visit Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre, a women’s shelter in a deprived area of Vancouver.
Now, it is evident that she made another stop during this outing, although it is unclear whether this was before or afterwards.
Justice For Girls, a charity which supports young women in poverty, posted two black-and-white picture featuring the duchess on its Twitter account.
In the first image, Meghan poses alongside members of the local community, while in the second she is see clutching a mug while she laughs in conversation with one of the young women in the first photograph.
According to the post, the duchess discussed “climate justice for girls and the rights of Indigenous peoples” during the meeting together with “a holistic approach to social justice” and “the power of young women’s leadership”.

The duchess wears the outfit – a cable knit jumper by The Row worn together with jeans and brown £375 Le Chameau Jameson Quilted Boots – as she did in her other appearance, highlighting the visits were made on the same day.
It is unknown how long this visit had been anticipated.
However, it has been revealed that Meghan’s other visit to the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre was arranged via a “mysterious” email from a Hotmail account, which came from Meghan’s “assistant” rather than a royal staff member, the centre's boss Kate Gibson told the Mail Online.
Meghan flew back to Vancouver Island last Thursday, rejoining baby Archie who had stayed there with a nanny when the couple returned to London in early January.
However, Harry remained in London, where it is believed he will stay until next week.
"The duke has some meetings here early next week,” a source told the PA news agency.
Prince Harry will carry out his first royal engagement today since he and his wife Meghan Markle announced they were stepping back as senior royals – a move that has been dubbed “Megxit”.
