Shoppers cleared the shelves of stock in record time - in fact, demand was so high that M&S had to ration the numbers customers could buy, and now it's back on shelves for 2022.
What’s so special about it, you ask?
Each gin comes in a light-up snow globe, which is infused with edible 23-carat gold leaf, so when the bottle is gently shaken, it creates a shimmering, Christmassy snow globe. The perfect wow-factor for Christmas drinks or gift for a loved one.
For 2022, M&S has bought back the gin in two festive flavours, Clementine and Spiced Sugar Plum, with light-up bottle designs inspired by The Nutcracker ballet.
Last year, the retailer also revealed its popular gin was also going to be available in a huge magnum version, calling it the "ultimate Christmas gift", we expect it will be back again this year, but most probably in M&S stores only.
While the gin has primarily been available in-store in previous years, some gift sets featuring the gin are now available to purchase online.
You can now shop your Snow Globe Gin flavour of choice, or stock up on both with the Clementine & Spiced Sugar Plum Light up Snow Globe Gin Liqueur Duo for £40.
If you're a cocktail connoisseur, don't miss out on the light-up gin gifts, where you can buy either Clementine or Spiced Sugar Plum with a bottle of M&S’ Christmas Limited Edition Conte Priuli Oro Prosecco for £45.
M&S also gave customers the option to bulk buy their favourite festive gin, thanks to a case of six Snow Globe Gins, which contain three of each flavour. However, it proved so popular it's already become a sellout success and stock is no longer available online.
So run, don't walk, to guarantee you'll be sipping Clementine or Spiced Sugar Plum (or both) at the Christmas dinner table this year.
