The M&S bra that keeps me supported all day long (even as a size E cup)
I've always struggled with bras, especially as someone with a larger chest. No matter what, I could never find a bra that fitted in all the right places, was comfortable to wear, and gave me the support I needed day-to-day. Well, until I got my hands on Marks & Spencer's sought-after Flexifit Non Wired Full Cup Bra, that is.
Living up to the hype, it has changed the way I think about non-wired bras. And I can whole-heartedly say it's the single-most used bra I own.
Not just that, but I've been wearing it all-year-round. That's right, this bra isn't limited to certain seasons, either. The breathable fabric it's made from, how it's designed, and its accurate sizing has made it my go-to when in need of something supportive yet comfortable.

💸 Reasons to buy
First off, it's unbelievably soft on the skin. Made from a blend of polyester, polyamide and elastane, it glides over the skin seamlessly, with no itchy sensation or rash in sight (which, as someone with sensitive skin, is a great bonus).
The fit of the actual bra is good, too. I opted for my usual 32E and it fits perfectly. There's no gaping, the cups are secure and the adjustable back band is comfortable to wear.
I was dubious of Marks & Spencer's claim that the bra would "stay in place all day", as I know far too well how ill-fitting bras very much have a mind of their own. But I was happy to be proven wrong. Thanks to M&S's Flexifit tech, the bra really does stay put, whatever I'm doing.
I've worn it while working from home (so, admittedly, there's not much movement involved there), but also during my occasional visits to the office and while running errands, and found that each time, I feel supported and in place.
I'm not the only one who's impressed by the bra, one shopper recently reviewed the best-selling pick and said, "When you have a larger chest it's hard to find bras that fit and are comfortable. With this bra I found both. I have purchased them in all colours."
Which brings me on to another selling point, the choice in colours. The Flexifit Non Wired Full Cup Bra comes in four neutral colours: black, white, and rose quartz, perfect for wearing underneath a range of clothing.
The straps are also adjustable and can be worn crossback if you're after even more support (M&S even say it's suitable for low impact sport activity).
Shop the bra in A - E sizes Shop the bra in F - H sizes
There's also the inclusive sizing. You can pick up this bra in cup sizes A to H, and back sizes 32 to 44.
For the full set, there's even the matching underwear (available in short, thong and brief styles), and a co-ordinating crop top style. I can't speak much on these, as it's only the bra I've tested, but if the quality of that is anything to go by, I've got high hopes for the rest of the range.
✋ Reasons to avoid
This is an everyday bra, which means it can't really be worn with any low-cut or backless dresses due the bra's full coverage design. So, if you're in the market for something that can be worn with those sorts of styles, I would suggest looking for something more suitable.
