MAFS UK's Kieran blasts producers after Kristina row as he 'leaves' Instagram after backlash
Married At First Sight UK stars Kieran Chapman and Kristina Goodsell had a strong start after being paired by matchmakers on the show, but it looks like it's all gone south after he compared his bride to his ex-girlfriend on an episode that aired earlier this week, and it didn't sit well with her. She stormed off from their golfing date, and he received a huge amount of backlash on social media for his comments.
However, Kieran has now addressed the episode and lashed out at producers on his Instagram Story. Holding his camera up to his face, he began: "So I've seen the unveiling for tonight, and it's all about me writing how Kristina is different to my ex. It's a hard watch; however, I'm pi**ed off with editing because I was told on the sofa to write these down. I haven't just written these down off my own back, I wouldn't do that."
He added: "I was told to do that by the experts as part of my task, but the amount of comments now is just f**king unbelievable. I'm going to log off [Instagram] for a few days because this is hurting a lot.

"I know I hurt Kristina by saying what I said, but I was being honest, and you can't blame me for being honest."
In a separate Instagram post, he shared a picture of himself smiling with his "incredible" wife and snaps of them crying together in the upcoming episode.
He wrote, "This experiment is way more difficult than you can ever imagine. To be matched with a total stranger to work out if you can see yourself spending the rest of your lives together within a matter of weeks... the emotions that you fast-track through are unexplainable.
"Tonight is HEAVY… @kristinagoodsell and myself pour our hearts out once again… Nip to your corner shop and grab some tissues before 9pm, cause it’s super emotional for every single one of us on that table tonight.
"It’s really hard to stay strong when folk are talking utter b**locks about your life of the back of literal minutes of what we go up to. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… TV is edited."
