MAFS UK Reunion Special: MAFS UK's Ella Morgan relationship update after cringey reunion declaration
Make-ups, break ups, partner swapping, tears and true love, Married at First Sight UK really does have it all. Now stars from the 2023 and 2024 series are back in a new reunion, Married at First Sight UK: Reunion Special.
Airing on E4 at 9pm on Monday, February 24 this reunion episode sees 2023 star Ella Morgan make a romantic declaration which turns out to be a bit cringey in hindsight. She proudly tells the cameras: "I am the beacon of hope! Who would have thought that I would have found love? Ella is no longer single. I am so loved up, long may it remain!"
At the time of filming the reunion, in November 2024, Ella was happily in a relationship with Alex James Ali, who she met on Celebs Go Dating. But sadly, since filming the reunion, the pair have split. For the latest TV and showbiz gossip sign up to our newsletter.

On Thursday, January 2, Ella released a statement on her Instagram. She said: "I was hoping to do this in my own time after the festive period so I could focus on spending time with my family.
"Unfortunately we made the decision to separate in December and I am so saddened by the decision, but it was the right thing to do to protect myself and ultimately, for us to both be happy. I'm incredibly grateful for @celebsgodating and the amazing team who introduced us."
"Since meeting in July, my time with Alex has helped me grow massively as a person and I now know what I want from a man in my next relationship. I'll cherish the memories we made. I wish Alex the very best."
But since posting that update, Ella has been sharing typically positive and upbeat Instagram posts including makeovers, the red carpet at Attitude Awards and a heartfelt message to her younger self, Evan.
Ella made history when she appeared as the first transgender participant in Married at First Sight UK. In the show she was married to Nathanial, however, this relationship did not go well.
Ella ended up cheating on Nathanial with fellow husband on the show JJ. They re-entered the series as a new couple but couldn't make their relationship work and JJ is now dating TV personality Katie Price.
