Luxury Veteran Adam Gang Joins Capricorn Retail Advisors
FINDING FLAGSHIPS: Capricorn Retail Advisors, a New York-based retail leasing agency representing tenants and landlords, has appointed Adam Gang as executive vice president of luxury.
Gang will lead the firm’s newly established luxury division, focusing on strategic expansion and securing premium retail placements for high-end brands, the company said in a statement.

He has more than 18 years of global real estate strategy experience in the luxury, fashion and consumer sectors having served as head of real estate, Americas at LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton and Kering, as well as global head of real estate at Coach, Tory Burch and Canada Goose. He has played a pivotal role in securing flagship locations and driving U.S. expansions for several luxury brands including Dior, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Celine, Givenchy, Balenciaga, Acqua di Parma, Fresh, Alexander McQueen, Marc Jacobs and Fendi.

Richter also said that Gang has led real estate acquisitions on Rodeo Drive, Fifth Avenue, and other premier shopping corridors.
