Sara Davies is the queen of crafting – and always coming up with brilliant and easy craft ideas to create using bits and bobs around your home. We love her most recent project: an old coffee jar transformed into a beautiful vase covered in pressed flowers.

The Ultimate Wedding Planner judge took to her Instagram to share her latest craft idea, and showed fans how she made the pretty vase out of an old coffee jar.

She cut flowers from a bouquet in her kitchen, before drying them in the microwave between layers of kitchen roll – which is a brilliant hack if you don't want to wait weeks for your flowers to dry!

She then applied them to an old coffee jar using a paintbrush and PVA glue. Once dried, the coffee jar had transformed into a pretty vase, ready to be filled with fresh flowers from the garden.

Alongside the video, Sara posted in the caption: "So my technique with the dried flowers on the glass went down such a storm a few weeks ago I decided to up-cycle some old coffee jars and spruce them up the same way!"

Fans were quick to share how much they loved Sara's latest idea, with @bev_lithgow commenting "Looks beautiful" and @home_cooked_food2021 commenting "Love this".

If you'd like to make a coffee jar vase like Sara's, you can buy the PVA glue needed from her online craft retailer Crafter's Companion for £8.99.

This isn't the first time that Sara has impressed us with a fun craft activity that's perfect for beginners. We loved her brilliant creation with toilet paper, her stunning crayon candles and her beautiful paper flowers.

We can't wait to see what Sara makes next!
