Love Islander and new TOWIE star boyfriend 'get matching tattoos' after 3 weeks of dating
Love Island star Matilda Draper and The Only Way Is Essex’s Roman Hackett appear to have got matching tattoos, just weeks after the pair seemingly ‘confirmed’ their romance. The TV personality, who had previously coupled up with Sean Stone in the iconic ITV2 villa, has reportedly moved on with TOWIE’s Roman.
Weeks after romance rumours emerged, Matilda, 24, shared a snap of herself holding hands with another person who is believed to be Roman. In the Instagram Story, Matilda’s 539,000 followers caught a glimpse of the pair’s matching tattoos, with both having the words ‘carpe diem’ inked on their wrists.
The matching tattoos come just weeks after Matilda appeared to confirm her romance with Roman, 22, by posting a photo of the pair posing next to each other. Sharing a photo from Oh Polly's Christmas party with a white heart emoji as a caption, Matilda looked sensational in a festive red dress as she cosied up to Roman.

She also added another photo to her Instagram story of a bunch of flowers and a personalised card which seemed to feature photos of Matilda and Roman kissing, while a card read: 'So in love with you'. “Cutest,” Matilda captioned the post alongside a smiling emoji with tears in its eyes.
Having entered the Love Island villa earlier this year in a bid to find romance, Matilda had been coupled up with fellow Islander Sean. However, things weren’t to be for the duo and they went their separate ways in August, shortly after leaving the show.
Announcing news of their split on social media, Matilda wrote: “Just wanted to come on here to tell you guys that Sean and I have decided to part ways. We are still good friends & I'm so grateful to have shared such an incredible experience with him. We appreciate all of your support throughout our time together and all the love you have shown us. Love you all.”
Meanwhile, Sean reshared the same words on his Instagram, though added an additional line to the statement. “We both believe this is the best step for us moving forward,” it read.
Roman has previously been linked to TOWIE co-star Dani Imbert, though in April Dani explained that things between them had ended. “I am seeing someone else now to be completely honest,” she told The Sun. “We knew each other before the whole me and Roman situation, we were kind of seeing each other.”
