Love Island fans have been speculated that a potential shock elimination could be on the horizon - just in time for the much-anticipated Casa Amor twist takes centre stage.

On Sunday, 30 June's show, Love Island unveiled the six men and women who would be set to stir things up in the villa for Casa Amor, yet fans have suspected that a big shake-up could be imminent. Following Ronnie and Harriet's unexpected departure from the villa, whispers that another duo might be sent packing have started circulating.

Keen viewers have claimed on X, formerly known as Twitter, that they've they've spotted a sign that one more couple is destined for the chop. One fan posted: "There's six Casa girls and six boys... that means one more couple have to leave the villa..."

Another wrote: "Just saw the casa line up for #loveIsland. There is six bombshells but there are currently seven couples in the villa. I think another couple might be getting dumped tomorrow before casa begins."

Typically, the Casa Amor segment features an equal mix of six guys and gals - casting doubt on the likelihood that every single pair will ditch their current flame for a new match. But if they do, it seems there won't be enough singles to go around, reports the Mirror.

Just a few days ago, Love Island's Harriett and Ronnie were sent packing from the villa. Reflecting on her departure, Harriett confessed: "I feel sad to go. I felt that my experience in the Villa wasn't over yet. Everyone's entitled to their opinion, so if they think me and Ronnie should have gone, what can you do?

"It's hard because me and Ronnie have been in such a good place this last week. Maybe just the journey it took for us to get there. Obviously we had our date and re-coupled and stuff. But he was getting himself involved in all of these triangles!"

She also admitted she didn't see their exit coming, adding: "I wouldn't have thought it would have been us, I thought it would have been Konnor and Grace as they're in a friendship couple. But, obviously Grace is one of my best friends in the Villa, she's a big part of the Villa and her and Joey's feelings, maybe the public took that into consideration? I feel like we're in the same place as Uma and Wil, if not more as we've had more experiences together in the Villa."

Meanwhile, Ronnie kept his fingers crossed that he and Harriett might be able to continue their romance outside the villa. "I'm happy. It was a bumpy start with all my triangles. But everything came full circle and I felt like that last week we've been really good. We had a lovely date and we've been getting to know each other more and spending more time together," he said.

"At the end of the day I've gone there to find someone and I've come out with Harriett, wherever that goes, who knows. But it was really nice with her in there," he said, discussing a potential future for him and Harriett."
