Love Island is back and ready to set screens ablaze for another scorching summer as the ultimate search for love and global phenomenon returns.

The series launches on Monday 3 June at 9pm across all ITV channels and will continue on ITV2 for the rest of the series. Aftersun will also return to screens every Sunday and will be hosted by Maya Jama alongside panellists Sam Thompson, Indiyah Polack, Amy Hart, Chris Taylor and Jordan Stephens.

Mike Spencer, Creative Director, Lifted Entertainment said: “We are thrilled that Aftersun is back, as the home for all of the exclusive Love Island chat and gossip this summer. We are very excited to have an A-list line up of talent with the brilliant Indiyah and Sam returning alongside Amy, Jordan and Chris all ready to spill the tea alongside the incredible Maya Jama. This summer really will be one to remember!”

Today the islanders heading into the villa will be confirmed and OK! has everything you need to know about the contestants - including those who could be entering as bombshells.

Samantha Kenny

Make-up artist Samantha, 26, is from Liverpool. She says of joining the show: "I’m ready to settle down and Love Island is an amazing opportunity to meet someone that isn’t from my area. I love a cockney boy so I’m hoping there is one in there for me.

"I think I will definitely bring some fire, I’m very opinionated and wear my heart on my sleeve. I’m really bubbly too so I’ll definitely have a laugh as well as bringing some scouse glamour.

As for what she'll bring to the famous villa, she confessed that she needs to shake things up a bit: "I don’t get out enough, I work weekends and tend to not go out in Liverpool anymore. If I want a night out I go down to London as I love the boys down south. Tall, dark and cockney is my type." Watch this space....

Munveer Jural

Munveer, 30, hails from Surbiton, Surrey and is a recruitment manager, who says his claim to fame is that he's pals with Spencer Morgan (Piers Morgan’s son), who he met when he moved to Fulham in 2018.

He says he wants to go on the show as "London dating hasn't worked out" for him. "The opportunity to be surrounded by good looking people in a villa under the sun is an absolute no brainer! I’m 30 years old and I need to start thinking seriously about the next step, and what better place."

He adds: "I haven’t found the right girl, I’m quite picky and have high standards. Dating in London is horrible. You don’t know who’s single… but now you’re putting me in a place where everyone’s single so there’s no issues around that."

Nicole Samuel

Welsh model Nicole, 24 is an account manager from Aberdare who was rumoured last week to be heading to Majorca, and was the third singleton to be announced. She has been thrilling fans with stunning snaps on her Instagram post.

Nicole has been branded "absolutely gorgeous" by fans and also has a fan in former Love Islander Scott Van Der Sluis.

She said of what she'll bring to the villa: "My personality is big and I’m pretty out there, I reckon I’ll probably have one of the biggest personalities in the Villa.

"I’ve been enjoying single life and the attention of different boys, it’s fun. I’ve enjoyed being able to go on holiday with the girls and not having to worry about someone back home. All the girls are there texting in their room and I’m out till 4 in the morning living my best life.

Nicole became a world champion professional street dancer in 2011, so she'll be able to impress with her moves in the villa.

Ronnie Vint

Ronnie Vint, 27, is a footballer who is hoping to find love this Summer. He was a best man at Olivia Attwood and Bradley Dack's wedding.

A source told The Sun: "Ronnie is the total package and ticks every single box for Love Island bosses - he’s good-looking with a great body, has top chat and even has links to former show legends.

"Fans are still obsessed with Olivia and now Bradley too thanks to their ITV reality spin-off Olivia Meets Her Match. This is an amazing way to keep those OG fans in the loop while introducing them to hot new singles."

Ronnie has had two serious relationships in the past but right now is enjoying being single and 'doing his own thing. He says: " I’ve got to the age where I want to find the right person I can build a life with."

The three most important things he is looking for in a partner are someone who is "family orientated, caring and career minded. Lookwise, I like blondes with nice boobs but am partial to a brunette, too."

Ronnie is also best mates with Braadley Dack and says he and Olivia are "a big part of my life. I call Olivia my big little sister, she always looks out for me."

Patsy Field

Patsy Field
The sizzling contestants for this summer's show have all been revealed

Patsy, 29, from Orpington in Kent, is an influencer and office administrator who will be entering the villa and hopes to raise awareness of Erb's Palsy. Patsy's disability is a result of her being delivered naturally rather than via C-section following labour complications.

She explains: "I’ve got something very special about me which is my disability, it’s a condition I was born with called Ebs Palsy. It doesn't define who I am , but it makes me a little different, although I’ve learnt to get on with it and it’s never held me back."

Patsy admits she's finally ready to find a 'sexy man' and adds: "I think now is the right time as I’ve got a few greys so I need to bag a man sooner rather than later."

She confesses that her pals say she's the 'loudest person in the group and is 'always up for doing a dare'. "They’d say I was the life and soul of the party. My family would say that I’m bossy and that it’s always my way or the highway, they’d say I rule the roost."

Ciaran Davies

Wales-based Ciaran Davies, 21, a surveyor, was one of the first people reported to be taking part in this year's Love Island - and on Monday became one of the villa's confirmed contest.

A source told The Sun: "He's gorgeous with a fit athletic build that will send the girls in the villa wild, but he's also a sweet boy next door from Wales to boot. He's the kind of lad you could happily take home to your mum."

Ciaran says it's the 'perfect time' for him to do the show as he feels he's 'mature enough for something serious with the right girl.

His claim to fame? "When I was in Malia on a boys holiday I pretended to be Liam Reardon from series 7 to get into a club because they wouldn’t let us in. It worked and we ended up getting a private booth and free drinks all night."

Mimii Ngulube

Mental health nurse Mimii, 24, is from Portsmouth, and admits she's heading into the villa as "the pool in Portsmouth is not giving".

She explains: "I’ve tried dating, speaking to people on social media and it just hasn’t been successful. Applying was a spontaneous thing, I didn’t expect to get here!

Of her personality, she admits: "I’m a girls’ girl. My girls are my rocks and I’m theirs so I’ll be a good friend as well as going in there to find a man. I like dressing up so I’ll bring style, and I’d like to think I’m quite funny so I’ll make people laugh. Bringing honesty as well - I’m good at picking up on people's personality traits and side-eyeing those who might be a liar.

Sam Taylor

The eighth Love Islander to be announced is Sam, a 23 year old hair stylist from Chesterfield.

Sam admits he's at the point in his life where he "wants to find a real connection with someone."

"I’ve been looking for that connection for quite some time but I’ve never really found it, I’m hoping I find that spark in the Villa." He believes what makes him a 'catch' is his personality and chat - "I’d like to think I’ve got lots of depth and substance which should hopefully help me out when trying to find a connection.

If there was one thing he’d want his new fellow Islanders to know about him, it would be to 'not judge a book by its cover'.

"How I look compared to what I do for work might not necessarily add up. You wouldn’t look at me as a tall guy covered in tattoos and think that I make girls' hair look pretty for a living."

Jess White

Jess, 25, is a retail manager from Stockport. She wants to do Love Island because "All my friends are in relationships, settled down with babies and I’m going to end up that aunt that rocks up at family parties and they say ‘she's still not met someone, she’s still going to Ibiza having a midlife crisis.’ I just want to meet somebody and to be able to do all of that stuff too."

As for why she's single, she doesn't underestimate the fact that she's 'hard work': I know what I want and I'm not easily pleased. When you’re a loud, outgoing woman, sometimes it can intimidate men - men don’t always want that. I think that can sometimes put people off me because I am quite loud and you can hear me before you see me. Some men love that though.

Jess's top three most important things she looks for in a partner are: "I love a set of white Turkey teeth but a good set of Turkey teeth. I would say personality traits, you have to be family orientated. I’m so close to my mum and I’d like my future partner to be really close with their family too. You have to be tall, you can’t be shorter than me, I can't be having to question whether I can wear heels around you and what height of heels I can wear. If you’re vertically challenged, it’s not for me."

Ayo Odukoya

Ayo, 25, is a model from London's Canning Town, and seems to be quite the homebody. He's entering the villa because "You can’t go wrong trying to find that love again - that is something that would be amazing to find if possible. I don’t really like being outside too much, I’ve been outside recently and it’s not fun outside! I do prefer to be indoors chilling with that person I can do stuff with. It would be nice to have that with somebody again.

He's hoping to bring 'excitement and joy' the show, he says: "I think people would have someone to come to and talk to and feel comfortable being around or to have a laugh with. I think I’m somebody everyone would take to.

Harriett Blackmore

Harriett, 24, a dancer and personal shopper from Brighton, admits to being a "bit of an IT girl". She's ready for a "bit of fun and flirting" with the boys in the villa and is looking to make some new friendships with the girls as she's a "really good friend".

"I’ll bring the entertainment for everyone in the villa, whether that’s making the girls laugh or making the boys turn their heads, I’m sure that I’ll bring the drama", Harriett said. Her claim to fame is being a personal shopper for rapper Arrdee and she's also best friends with YouTuber and influencer, Saffron Barker.

Sean Stone

Sean, 24, from Hertsford, is a sweet salesman and says he's 'always been one for relationships'.

He says: "When you have found someone you want to be with, it’s the best feeling. Now is the perfect time, the one thing that is missing is my soulmate.

He describes himself as "5’11, tall, dark and handsome. Not quite 6 foot. Great smile, great teeth, great arms and abs - the full package" and says his friends and family would describe him as "very loving, caring and thoughtful. I’m the kind of guy that if you broke down on the motorway and needed your tyre changed, I’d be there at any time of night."
