Lisa Riley reveals her 'on the run' Marks & Spencer weight-loss meal

Lisa Riley has been giving us some serious healthy meal inspo lately, regularly posting her healthy weight-loss meals on her Instagram page.

The Emmerdale actress has been on an incredible weight loss journey over the past few years, slimming down from a size 26 to a a healthy size 12/14.

But the actress hasn't used any dubious weight-loss methods, expensive meal plans or bizarre diet techniques, she's simply cleaned up her diet, sticking to healthy, fresh food that's simple, affordable and delicious.

Showing us that we can all eat healthy, even when in a rush, Lisa revealed her 'on the run' weight loss meal, which looks surprisingly tasty.

Posting a photo of her delicious meal to Instagram, Lisa wrote: 'EVERYONE is always asking me for a meal option when they are “on the run” now trust me, in my line of work this happens a lot.

'But rather than grabbing a sandwich and crisps which would be REALLY bad for you, then THIS would be my go to meal, low in calories, SUPER healthy and fills you up!!!

'It’s @marksandspencer Apple, Celery & Walnut Small Salad Box and throw inside @marksandspencer Sweet & Smoky King Prawns. DELICIOUS!!! Mix it both together and ENJOY the flavours👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💛💛💛.'

Lisa's tasty meal clearly inspired some of her 106,000 followers, with many leaving comments on her page thanking her for the healthy lunch suggestion.

One follower wrote: 'That looks divine! I’m buying some of that ..in the run or not! 😋,' [sic] and another added: 'That sounds awesome. Xxx.'

According to calorie counter NutraCheck.com, a small box of M&S Apple, Celery & Walnut Small Salad contains just 145 calories, and a pack of their Smoky King Prawns contains 160, making Lisa's lunch a very low-calorie option.

Along with 'on the go' options, Lisa has shared a host of other healthy lunch and breakfast ideas, with her meal plan, Lisa Riley's Honesty Diet, currently ranks the cheapest way to lose weight on ITV's Save Money: Lose Weight.

She also recently revealed the workout she follows to help her stay in shape, and it looks pretty hectic...
