Kristen Stewart Channels Dark Glamour in Beaded Mônot Halter Top and Maxiskirt for ‘Late Show With Stephen Colbert’
Kristen Stewart put an edgy spin on sultry dressing on Monday in New York while appearing on “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.” The actress stopped by to promote her new film, “Love Lies Bleeding.”
Stewart opted for a beaded halter top and a slit maxiskirt from Mônot’s pre-fall 2024 line, accessorizing with Ray-Ban Wayfarers, satin peep-toe Chanel heels and sheer Wolford knee-highs.

Stylist Tara Swennen, who also counts Shailene Woodley and Ali Wong as clients, dressed Stewart for “The Late Show.”
Hairdresser David von Cannon styled Stewart’s brunette tresses in a messy updo with fringe, while makeup artist Genevieve Herr gave her winged eyeliner and smokey eye shadow.
Speaking to host Colbert, Stewart opened up about working with her fiancé, screenwriter Dylan Meyer. The couple cofounded their production company, Nevermind, in 2023.
“If I couldn’t share with her and make with her and collaborate with her, I would do it with other people and [Dylan and I] wouldn’t be as close,” Stewart said.
In “Love Lies Bleeding,” out now, Stewart portrays Lou, a gym manager who strikes up a love affair with a bodybuilder (Katy O’Brian). Their romance is shadowed by Lou’s criminal ties, which the couple ends up embroiled in.
Stewart is known to favor designs by Chanel on red carpets since being named ambassador in 2014, when she appeared in a Western-inspired campaign photographed by the label’s late creative director, Karl Lagerfeld. She’s since appeared in multiple advertisements for Chanel’s clothing, accessories and beauty products.
Most recently, she wore Chanel at the world premiere of “Love Lies Bleeding” at the Berlin International Film Festival last month.
