Kris Jenner reveals she has a tumour in the upcoming season of The Kardashians.

Kris, 68, shares the news with her family in an emotional clip included in a new trailer for the series.

"I had my scan. They found a cyst and a little tumour," Kris tells her loved ones, before footage shows a teary-eyed Kylie, being consoled by her sister, Kendall.

As fans will already know based on filming schedules, the moving moment is far from the only challenge the family will face on camera. Season five will also focus on daughter Kourtney Kardashian's health scare after she underwent emergency fetal surgery last year.

Kourtney, who has since welcomed her baby son, Rocky, opens up about her "high-risk pregnancy" in the trailer.

"I had to go in for fetal surgery, which was terrifying," an emotional Kourtney explains in the clip. Her mum, Kris, tells the camera, "I just want Kourtney to be okay."

Kourtney has since opened up about the fear she felt, adding that she's learned to let go of it. Speaking last year, during her pregnancy, she revealed: "It took me a while to let go of the fear. I would say that right after the surgery I got to the point where I let go and stopped worrying. Now I talk to the child every day, have a positive mindset, keep my head straight, and say a lot of prayers. I feel really lucky and grateful."

We're sending our best wishes to the family!
