Kim Kardashian shares behind-the-scenes shots from topless glitter shoot

Kim Kardashian isn’t shy when it comes to showing off her curvaceous body. The 37-year-old starred in a glitter-infested shoot for her beauty line, KKW Beauty, two weeks ago.

Now, she has revealed behind-the-scenes shots to fans, showing the amount of work it takes to capture the perfect picture.

Covered in gold glitter, the reality star-turned-business mogul appears topless with nothing but a pair of nude knickers to protect her modesty.

With her bleached hair styled in a long ponytail, Kim revealed that her hairstylist, Chris Appleton, was forced to hold up the pony for (probably) a very long time.

Saying that it “takes a village” to create such a photoshoot, his photo proves there’s a bit more to glossy-looking photos than just a camera and model.

The shoot was intended to promote her new Ultralight Beams collection (yes, named after husband Kanye West’s song) of powders and glosses. You can still buy the super glittery make-up products individually but the entire set naturally sold out pretty quickly.

The mum-of-two recently revealed that it takes 13 hours to bleach her black hair to its current platinum state.

“Spent the last few days bleaching my roots (we do it in stages so it doesn’t break off). OMG 13 hours & still going. This blonde is very high maintenance. Love you @ChrisAppleton1 but getting over this,” she tweeted. Now that is dedication.

She was also praised on Wednesday for posting a diverse casting call for KKW Beauty. She is asking for all women from the Los Angeles area over the age of 18 to send in three photos for the chance to appear in upcoming campaigns.

People are loving the fact the casting call states “there is no max age limit,” proving that Kim is supporting age diversity. Let’s hope we see a few sixty-something KKW Beauty models in the near future.
