Through the Keyhole: Sid Owen has a SWANKY mansion
Through The Keyhole lets show host Keith Lemon into some pretty swanky celebrity pads - but no one (and we mean, no one) was expecting Ex-EastEnders star Sid Owen to own one of the fanciest homes the show has ever featured.
But he does, as it turns out Sid, who played Ricky Butcher on EastEnders for 16 years, owns a rather plush nine-bedroom mansion in the South of France - and no one can bloody believe it.
Viewers were treated to a wide view of the outside of the massive mansion before being shown the luxurious pool.
They were then shown into the living area, which featured a pool table and a London pub-themed bar, giving viewers a slight clue into which celebrity owned the home.
But even with the Queen Vic allusions, we would never have pegged that the house belonged to none other than Ricky Butcher. Or, as Bianca would say, RICKYYYYY.
It was into the kitchen next, where Keith found artwork signed by Ronnie Wood and a photograph signed by Al Pacino.
He then ventured upstairs to the toilet, which he thought was "themed like an Essex nightclub".
Incredibly, the show's guests, Fearne Cotton, Will Mellor and Judge Rinder, guessed the home was indeed that of the former EastEnders star, with Judge Rinder saying Sid had "a lot of taste".
But viewers couldn't quite believe it, taking to Twitter to express their shock:
Still not over Sid Owen’s gaff on Through The Keyhole, lads.

After bowing out from EastEnders in 2012, Sid also starred in prison drama Bad Girls and The Bill, and a host of reality shows, including I'm A Celebrity, Strictly Come Dancing and The Jump.
Through The Keyhole airs on ITV.
