Kelly Reilly Confirmed Her 'Yellowstone' Spin-off Paramount

Serious question, Yellowstone fans: Does this news cycle ever let up? In the wake of Sunday night's season (or series?!) finale, we've seen a new trailer for 1923, a mass celebration at the expense of certain dead character, and a Deadline report that the Yellowstone's story would continue with a Beth and Rip spin-off—with no confirmation from Paramount.

Well, it turns out we may not need an official announcement from the network after all. We have news from another source: Kelly Reilly. The 47-year-old actress who brought Beth to vivid (to say the absolute least) life over five seasons of Yellowstone confirmed the Beth and Rip-starring series. After the finale, Reilly wrote a Yellowstone retrospective of sorts on Instagram, showing some love to her costars and series creator Taylor Sheridan. "Whatever the future holds this is the ending of the show we have been making for the past 7 years," she wrote. "Words cannot convey how I feel about the people I got to work and create with over the seasons."

From there? The comments section turned into an impromptu AMA. Finn Little (who plays Carter in Yellowstone) wrote, "Thank you Momma. @mzkellyreilly. It was a pleasure. X." She responded—wait for it—"You and I just beginning xx love you."

Then, a Yellowstone loyalist just went for the jugular. "So is the rumor in the UK that you and Rip are making a spinoff not true!😭" they wrote. "Whatever happens I've loved every second of every episode in every season. You guys are all amazing!!♥️👏👏"

Reilly responded with a simple, "@kerrybroady true 🤍," which is all the validation fans needed to celebrate.

So there you go, folks. We don't know when, where, or how—or how The Madison's Clyburns will fit into this whole damn thing—but that's as good as a confirmation as we'll see for now. Anyway, someone check on Cole Hauser.
