Amy Dowden says Strictly Come Dancing partner is 'part of family' after 'moving in'
Amy Dowden has revealed that her Strictly Come Dancing co-star has become part of her family after he moved in with her.
The Welsh dancer, who partnered up with JB Gill from JLS on the latest season of Strictly, has transformed part of her home into a bedroom for co-star Carlos Gu.
Amy, who previously invited Carlos to move in with her, is now gearing up for a UK tour with him, titled 'Amy and Carlos Reborn'. The show's name holds a personal meaning for the pair of them.

She told the Monday Mile podcast that she had been "reborn" and feels like a "new person" after her fight against cancer.
She continued: "For Carlos, moving to the UK, he's been able to be true to himself. He's been able to be Carlos Gu, and I've watched him become true to himself and I'm so proud of him.
"You know, with sexuality - with just, he says like, China, he's from China but the UK is his home and yeah, he feels reborn since moving to the UK.
"He's part of my family; he's spent the last two Christmases with us; he calls my mum and dad 'Mama, Papa', and we can't wait to share our love for dance but our life and our experiences on stage."
Amy added that the show would feature some "emotional moments", as well as "joy and uplift", with the pair also set to showcase their favourite styles and music.
Speaking about Carlos, she previously told the Guardian that "being gay, he's accepted in the UK" and is now able to wear whatever clothes he desires and "be the Carlos Gu that he had been holding back".
Carlos appears to be similarly pleased, as he told BBC Radio Manchester that they're "just like family to me", gushing that he enjoyed the "best Christmas I ever had".
Earlier this week, Amy and Carlos enjoyed a Chinese takeaway together following the first instalment of the Strictly tour at the Utilita Arena in Newcastle, with Amy revealing the food on Instagram.
They got stuck into their well-deserved meal once they returned to the hotel, with the pair tucking in while watching an episode of the hit BBC series The Traitors.
