Katie Price makes huge career announcement amid bankruptcy as she promises to tell 'full story'
Katie Price has delighted her fans with 'massive news,' promising that she's ready to spill all the tea in her latest tell-all. The mum of five is set to release her eighth autobiography, titled THIS IS ME.
The former glamour model has been hinting at a secret project for a while now, and finally, on Tuesday, April 9, she let the cat out of the bag. She's about to give fans an even more personal glimpse into her rollercoaster life with the new book, which is due out next month.
Posting on Instagram, the 45 year old couldn't contain her excitement as she shared a sneak peek with her legion of fans, teasing that this book will be her most revealing yet. Katie opened up about how she's bounced back from some serious setbacks in recent years.
She told her 2.6million followers: "This book just tops all the others. For so many years I hide behind what I've learned, the mask, because that's my way to deal with things.
"And it gets to a point where it becomes noise. I had my breakdown, the worst thing ever, and now I've come on top, I've learnt not to be afraid."
She continued: "And I think in this book, people will get to see really what it's like to be me. There will be uplifting moments, there'll be dark moments, and moments where I can put the truth right in a lot of things."
It was at this point that she shouted: "She's got her next book out!" as the crew cheered around her. Throughout the video, Katie could be seen posing up a storm and modelling for photographers in her family home.
The former glamour model, was declared bankrupt for the second time last month due to an unpaid tax bill of over £750,000, excitedly announced on her social media: "MASSIVE NEWS ALERT! I'm so happy to share that this July I'm releasing my brand new autobiography, THIS IS ME.
"This is by far the most intimate look into my life to date, celebrating 30 years in the spotlight. I'm finally telling the FULL story behind the headlines and I'm not holding back."
She added: "It's been a journey, and I can't wait for you all to read it. Thank you all for your support. THIS IS ME, coming 18th July" and sealed the message with a virtual kiss.
Fans were quick to show their excitement in the comments section, sending waves of congratulations.
One follower couldn't hide their enthusiasm, writing: "Can't wait! ! Love them all" while another shared the love with: "Proud of you [heart emoji]".
