Katie Price in bitter rant at exes as she reveals alarming new job on Death Row
Katie Price has launched a scathing rant at her exes as she spoke about 'regrets' in relationships whilst reflecting on her life so far as she turned 46 years old.
The former glamour model has been in the spotlight for almost three decades, working as a Page 3 girl, before being propelled even further into the spotlight in 2004, after she appeared on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!. It was on the ITV show that the nation watched her fall in love with Mysterious Girl singer, Peter Andre, who she went on to wed in 2005.
The pair went on to have a son, Junior, now 19, and daughter, Princess, now 16, but split in 2009. Following that, Katie was in a relationship with Alex Reid, who she married in February 2010, with the pair splitting just 11 months later. Katie then dated Kieran Hayler, marrying him in 2013 and splitting with him in 2018 before divorcing in 2021. They share share two children, son Jett, 10 and daughter Bunny, nine.
Opening up about her past relationships on the Stripping Off with Matt Haycox podcast, Katie, who is now dating MAFS star JJ Slater, was asked to open up on the greatest regrets of her life.
She didn't hesitate to answer, saying: “I've come to realise that relationships have been significant regrets for me. I entered this industry at a young age, and I suppose I was needy and gullible.
"However, through therapy, I've learned that it's okay to say no to men who want to be with me. In fact, they're the fortunate ones, not me.”
Katie did not specify which exes she was talking about on the podcast.
Katie also spoke about her previous trips to rehab, as she clarified that she has never been in The Priory for addiction, alcohol, or drugs, but rather for severe trauma rehabilitation due to PTSD, explaining: "I've got severe PTSD and I was in there just for severe trauma rehabilitation."
She also candidly recalled a previous suicide attempt, saying: "I had a breakdown and somehow made it through everything. At one point, I tried to [take my own life] because I just didn't want to go on. But I woke up, despite it all."
Katie shared that she went to the rehab facility "even though I didn't want to" but said that she did so due to pressure from the media and her peers. The star revealed that she still sees a therapist and a consultant to this day, admitting that she has a "lot of s**t going on" but that she now knows "how to deal with it" now.
Katie also opened up about her career, as she revealed that she's embarking on a new venture in true crime, planning to interview men on death row in Texas.
"I'm supposed to be going to Texas at the end of the year to interview men on death row for a show that I'm doing serial killers, all of that,” she added.
