Kathy Hilton Says Her Favorite Holiday Tradition with Her 8 Grandkids Involves Caviar on Scrambled Eggs (Exclusive)
The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star told PEOPLE about the "special brunch" she makes for her grandchildren on Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving food involves tins of caviar at the Hilton household.
Kathy Hilton dished to PEOPLE about how she and her eight grandchildren will spend Thanksgiving morning together.
“We have eight [grandchildren] all together, so we've got four boys and four girls. We'll be watching the parade, and that's a day,” the mother of Nicky and Paris Hilton, 65, said, explaining that this annual activity is long-standing. “That is the tradition, my mother did that with us.”
She continued that those old enough to be in the kitchen get their hands dirty while watching the parade. But they aren't only cooking turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes.
"I make a special brunch, and I've got everything. I've got the eggs, scrambled eggs with caviar. I have pancakes, I have waffles, I have bacon," she listed.
Kathy and her husband, Richard (Rick) Hilton, share eight grandchildren from three of their children, Nicky, Paris, and Barron. Paris and her husband, Carter Reum, are parents to Phoenix, 20 months, and London, 12 months. Nicky, who is married to financier James Rothschild, has Lily-Grace Victoria, 8, Theodora (Teddy) Marilyn, 6, and a son whose name has yet to be revealed, 2. Their son Barron and his wife Tessa share Milou Alizée, 4, and Caspian Barron, 2. Plus, the pair are expecting another baby next year. Kathy and Rick's youngest son, Conrad, has no children.

In September, Kathy told PEOPLE about the sleepovers she hosts for her cohort of grandchildren. "We have sleepovers, and we make tents in our room," she said at the DirecTV x PEOPLE EW Reality TV Party in Los Angeles on Thursday, Sept. 26. "Rick and I... and they love it."
Continuing, Kathy spoke of how joyful it is for her and her husband. "Nothing makes me, Rick and I happier than having my children and all of the grandchildren under one roof, whether it's a hotel or a house."
She added, "Just to be able to step back and watch and have this relationship with these angels. They're all so different, and it's just a different experience; it's beautiful."
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is also looking ahead past Thanksgiving and into Christmas. On Friday, Nov. 8, PEOPLE exclusively revealed that Kathy and DIRECTV are partnering once again to celebrate the season with Christmas at Kathy's.
