Katherine Ryan shows off incredible bikini body as she poses in hot tub during getaway with husband
Katherine Ryan is enjoying a well-deserved holiday with her husband Bobby Kootstra this week, with the couple jetting off to Italy's stunning Lake Como.
Taking to Instagram during the trip this week, the comedian showed off her incredible figure in a colourful bikini as she enjoyed some downtime in a hot tub. Donning burgundy bottoms with a floral bikini top, Katherine finished the beachy look with a canvas sunhat sitting over her jaw-length blonde locks.
Holding a glass of wine in the snaps, the mother-of-three wrote to her 1M followers: "We already flew my mom over and booked the babysitter so…"
A number of Katherine's followers took to the comment section to compliment the star, as one wrote: "The audacity to look this good," while another penned: "How has that tummy carried three kids?!" Reality star Olivia Jade Attwood also commented on the post, writing: "Ohhhh damn girl".
Katherine is mum to Violet, 15, from a previous relationship and shares little ones Fred, two, and Fenna, 16 months with her husband Bobby.
The couple, who have been married since 2019, are enjoying some relaxing time away from the kids in Italy, and headed out on a speed boat to take in the beautiful sighs. Keeping her followers updated on the trip, Katherine shared a number of snaps to her Instagram Stories.
Katherine recently opened up to OK! on the dynamics of her blended family, after raising Violet as a single mother for ten years. While she is clearly smitten with Bobby and embracing family life, the star admitted that it can be tough looking back to the ‘liberating’ days of being a single mother - something she opened up about overcoming 'shame' about in 2022.
As we probed how different raising Fred and Fenna is with Bobby, compared to raising Violet solo, Katherine explained: "It is different and it’s mixed for me. It’s wonderful for my children to have different perspectives when it comes to parenting.
"I’m not so naïve to think that my way is always the right way, I think that Bobby and I are a great team and he’s a source of support for me. But the backswing of that is that you are sharing everything and you always have someone to compare yourself to."
She explained: "For women especially, I think the mum is always doing a little bit more. So, for example, it’s difficult to watch someone golf when you don’t have time to golf, but as a single mum, I never had someone who was golfing and there’s no one to compare yourself to, which is liberating."
