Kate Moss will always be a a fashion icon, and she demonstrated her credentials once again at Paris Fashion Week as she sat front row for the Saint Laurent Spring-Summer 25 showcase, on Tuesday (24 September).
Kate arrived at the showing in a stunning all-black look, of which the pièce de résistance was a sweeping sheer skirt. The sheer trend was everywhere this year, and Kate's outfit was a lesson in how to bring the look into the autumn season.
Choosing full length rather than above the knee feels more seasonal for the cooler months. It's her velvet blazer, however, which provides the warmth, as well as making the ensemble feel a little more formal and grown up. Tailoring is everywhere on the red carpet right now, so a suit jacket is the perfect addition to help transition the sheer trend from spring into now.
Sitting beside Kate on the front row also wearing a sheer look, was actor and director Zoe Kravitz, who recently released her directorial debut Blink Twice, starring her partner Channing Tatum.
Zoe opted for a sheer lace dress which was a more risqué take on the trend, but she added a blazer (this time in sleek black satin) which perfectly balanced the look.
