Joe Wicks has become a father again, after welcoming his fourth child with wife Rosie. The Body Coach shared a sweet picture holding his precious little one.

He said: "Today at 9.30am we welcomed our 4th baby into the world. A little boy weighing 7lbs 13oz Rosie gave birth at home. The NHS midwives from St Peter's hospital were amazing. Rosie and the baby are both doing well and getting some rest."

The star also shared a heart-warming snap of his daughter Marley getting to hold her new sibling for the first time.

In January, the 38 year old fitness sensation announced the news that his wife, Rosie, was pregnant with their fourth child. Joe shared a snap of himself, Rosie, and their youngest daughter Leni, on Instagram as they enjoyed a walk alongside a river.

Showing off Rosie's blossoming bump, he wrote the caption: "Baby number 4 incoming #20weeks." Joe and Rosie, who married in 2019, are already parents to five year old daughter Indigo, four year old son, Marley, and little Leni, one.

The London-born personal trainer opened up to OK! about his desires to have a large brood, and so they may even be planning another one already.

He told us: "We’ve always said five kids would be the dream. I just love big families. If you have the space, and you can give them a nice life, then why not."

Opening up about the highs and lows of parenthood, he said: "I like seeing their sense of humour and their personalities. Marley is like me – I was naturally a bit of a clown and an attention seeker and wanted to make people laugh as a kid, and he’s like that.

"And Indie is so loving and kind like Rosie. I just like having that positive effect and knowing you’re raising really lovely people who will hopefully go on to do nice things."

Sharing some of the tougher parts of raising a family he said: "The crying, the tantrums, the meltdowns. I’m reading a book called What Young Children Need You To Know [by Bridgett Miller] because I’m trying to learn how to be a more patient parent.

"It’s not naturally easy for me, whereas Rosie is quite calm and relaxed. Parenting is usually a product of your own upbringing and I was shouted at a lot as a kid, so I don’t want to be an angry dad."
