Jeremy Clarkson forced to halt filming on Clarkson’s Farm series four – leaving fans furious
Jeremy Clarkson's fans have urged the TV star to "hurry up and start filming Clarkson's Farm again" after an unexpected drone sighting brought production to a halt at his Diddly Squat Farm.
The 64 year old, who has been crowned Britain's most sexy man for the second consecutive year, was less than thrilled when he had to stop filming.
Jeremy vented his frustration on Instagram, posting a snapshot of the drone's flight path over his property to his eight million followers with the caption: "Filming paused till this f**kt**d buggers off."
The map he shared indicated that the drone helicopter was privately owned and even detailed its barometric altitude and ground speed.
Some cheeky followers couldn't resist teasing him about his previous planning permission battles with the local council, suggesting the drone might be "the council finding new ways" to thwart his efforts.
One follower quipped: "Probably West Oxfordshire District Karen's taking pictures of the gravel! " while another teased, referring to his recent award: "Trying to get a glimpse seeing as you're the sexiest male in the UK aye?" (sic).
In his recent column for The Sun, Jeremy addressed the surprise surrounding the poll by a dating website, which saw 2,000 women vote him as the nation's top hunk. "Obviously, I'm amazed by the result, but only because so many people say they're surprised," he joked, reports the Express.
He cheekily claimed that he was "sexier even than the actors Cillian Murphy and Idris Elba and King Charles", and couldn't resist a playful dig at Piers Morgan, who he said "limped home in a pathetic 40th place".
Meanwhile, some fans are still expressing their frustration that the filming of the highly anticipated fourth season is being delayed due to the intruding drone.
One fan pleaded: "Hurry up and start filming again. I've just finished season 3 and have squat withdrawal symptoms... I need a fix quickly, may have to go back to the start and see where it all began again."
Others humorously suggested that it could have been his The Grand Tour co-stars James May and Richard Hammond trying to sneak a peek at him.
Meanwhile, there are rumours swirling that the fourth series could be the last one featuring Jeremy and his sidekick Kaleb Cooper.
Despite Clarkson's Farm being Amazon Prime's highest rated original UK show, there has been no public commitment made yet to bring viewers a much-wanted fifth series.
Executive producer Andy Wilman recently shared: "I've got no feelings on whether there's series five. Jeremy's the same. He's like: when we've got nothing left to say, let's walk away."
