Designed by Grace Ling, the stunning mirrored piece formed the top half of JLo's black dress, which itself was completely backless with a major torso cut-out to let the breastplate do all the talking.
There was really no better look for Jen to accept her Icon award in – and we were even treated to some adorable PDA with her actor husband, Ben Affleck.
The star topped things off with some diamond drop earrings, a scraped-back bun hairstyle and some seriously toned abs. Note the flash of her infinity symbol rib tattoo, too – it's dedicated to Ben. How adorable?
