Inside Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright's romantic getaway just weeks before going public with pregnancy
Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright have announced they are expecting their first child with an incredible beach photo. In the picture, Michelle stands on the sand cradling her growing bump while dressed in a white maxi skirt and matching crop top - as husband Mark stands across from her looking towards the ocean. Captioning the picture, Michelle wrote: "2025 is going to be a special one for us…"
The pair appeared to do their pregnancy photoshoot back in November on one of Spain’s sandy beaches when they went on a pre-Christmas getaway to Mallorca. The lovers previously shared some incredible photos of their winter sun holiday, from favourite food spots to even more incredible beaches.
In the photos, Michelle was very careful not to show her blossoming baby bump. Her first picture from the trip showed her walking down a quiet street in the town wearing a summery pinstripe dress. The only other picture of Michelle on the carousel was of her looking out at the sea with her back to the camera.

There was also a snap of Michelle’s husband, Mark, clad in linen and standing in a coffee shop. Michelle also had plenty of nature shots of the island, from stunning pink flowers to a rainbow across a golf course. Michelle showed off their dreamy holiday pictures along with the words: “Just a couple of days in our fave place before the Christmas build-up begins."
Just over a month later, the couple has revealed they’re pregnant with their first child. Actress Michelle first met TOWIE star Mark whilst on holiday in Dubai through mutual friends. The pair then started dating and married three years later, in 2015.
In 2019, Michelle and Mark bought their dream house which they have been sharing updates on. The jaw-dropping mansion features five bedrooms, bar, cinema room, sauna, a custom-built kitchen, as well as an at-home gym and a five-a-side football pitch. In an interview with The Observer last year, Michelle said: “I was filming in Australia and hadn't seen the house for months. And when I walked in, Mark had lit all the candles and… I couldn't speak for five minutes.
“He was like, 'What do you think?' I couldn't find the words to say how I felt, because I was so overwhelmed. I just burst out crying. It still gets me emotional. Because we've worked really hard for it. We've had to make a lot of sacrifices.”
Upon the exciting baby news, Michelle's followers and famous friends commented following the exciting news. Corrie star Helen Flanagan penned: "Omg darling, so happy for both of you." Meanwhile, TOWIE's Sam Faiers said: "Huge congratulations," with a heart emoji.
Love Island's Ekin Su added: "Congrats both, it will be a beautiful baby." Rochelle Humes added: "Over the moon for you both".
