I recently went on a month-long holiday to Spain and Portugal and, thus, have depleted my vacation days for the rest of the summer. Why am I telling you this? Because I have to spend the remainder of the season dressing (at least somewhat) office-appropriate. The despair! The horror! Just kidding. In my opinion, The Tobie, one of Anthropologie's latest sell-out styles, is this summer's version of its viral Somerset Dress — here's why:

Firstly, it's casual enough to wear to work, yet styled with a cute pair of ballet flats or heels, it could easily become part of your summer wedding guest wardrobe.

Secondly, it's flattering on all body types. The pleated shirt dress is available in petite, standard and plus sizes up to size 3X. It also beautifully cinches in your waist, giving you the appearance of an hourglass figure.
