Ingredients

• 2 pork chops, bone removed

Method

Light a barbecue, keeping the hot coals to one side and the other side clear; this will allow you to move the meat around if it is cooking too quickly.

Place your boned chops on the barbecue and cook for a couple of minutes. Turn them by 90 degrees, to give then lattice patterned bar marks, and cook them for a couple more minutes. Turn the chops over and cook in the same way. The total cooking time should be about 7-8 minutes, but be aware that cooking times can vary according to the heat of your barbecue and the thickness of the chops.
