But Holly Willoughby ensured she scheduled in some well-deserved down-time with a video call to start the weekend.
Last night, the TV star, 39, enjoyed a virtual catch up with four friends, including two pop stars - Spice Girls’ Emma Bunton and All Saints’ Nicole Appleton.
In a snap of their Zoom meet-up shared to Instagram with her 6.7m followers, the mum-of-three could be seen going make-up free as they all tuned in for a chat from their respective homes.
Captioning the image, Holly - donning a grey sweater, with her blonde hair tied up and revealing glowing skin - wrote: “Oh I miss these faces so much...Apart and yet totally connected... miss my girls...”
The trio of famous women were also joined by Niki De Metz, a PR and author, as well as music talent manager Shiarra Bell.

Holly also revealed that she was wearing a pink floral midi-dress from LoveShackFancy via Beach Flamingo.
The summery smocked frock costs £450, and features an elasticated shirred mid-section meaning it can be easily slipped on and off, as well as voluminous sleeves which can be worn on or off-the-shoulder.
