Heidi Klum's candid beauty transformation shows the difference make-up makes

Heidi Klum has proved that even the most beautiful of models need a little help getting TV ready.

The German supermodel showed how her glam squad takes her from barefaced to fully made-up in a matter of minutes (or perhaps hours).

Posting a time-lapse video to Instagram, the 44-year-old can be seen in her natural state: wet hair and all.

Her transformation – which took place to get her ready for judging on ‘America’s Got Talent’ – shows make-up artist Linda Hay piling on foundation and blusher before moving to create a dramatic eye, complete with false lashes, metallic eyeshadow and lashings of mascara.

The 44-year-old’s hairstylist Lorenzo Martin can be seen turning her wet locks into a youthful half ponytail.

It proved to be the perfect beauty look for her satin blue dress which was worn on the red carpet with a pair of tie-up silver sandals.

This looks like it’ll be a regular thing for the model who later posted yet another beauty transformation video.

Naturally, Heidi’s followers were nothing less than complimentary about the ‘brave’ reveals.

“Much better without make-up!” one fan commented.

“You are such a natural beauty,” said another.

One woman proposed an interesting idea concerning Heidi and fellow judge Mel B: “Beautiful as always, have you girls ever thought about doing a show all natural?”
