Green tea has a load of health benefits, including a load of antioxidants and nutrients.

So the last thing we’d expect is it to negatively affect our fertility - but unfortunately, it might.

According to a recent study on fruit flies in the Journal of Functional Food, exposure to green tea polyphenols (which is found in the beverage) showed a “significant reduction in reproduction”.
