The stand-up comedian surprised her mom on Christmas Day with tickets to Hawaii, revealing in an emotional video on TikTok that the tropical destination has always been her dream, but the pair never thought they'd be able to visit.

"My mom has always talked about one day going to Hawaii ... so this year for Christmas, I bought her a trip," O'Malley, 22, wrote over the TikTok clip posted on Dec. 25. The video began with a pan of her house transformed by Hawaii-themed decorations, including a pineapple banner and leis on the table.

The content creator showed off a homemade card that read, "We're going to Hawaii (first class flat seats!)." Then, she called her mom in for the surprise.

A hesitant O'Malley mom entered the room, analyzed the decorations and opened the card to read what was inside before burying her hands in her face to cry tears of joy. She was greeted by her daughter, who ran out in a hula skirt and hugged her.

"The most deserving lady in the land, love you dearly mummy I cannot wait. Lots of hugs and happy tears going on here today. Happy holidays guys," the social media star captioned her TikTok post.

The continued with a scene that showed O'Malley dressing her mom up with a coconut bra, while someone asked her how she felt about the surprise vacation. "My heart is full of aloha," the smiling mom replied, while her daughter gave her another hug and they laughed.

"I was bawling my eyes out," O'Malley told her mom, who praised her work on the decorations. "What a presentation!" she said in disbelief before the video concluded with the mother-daughter duo dancing the hula and screaming, "I'm going to Hawaii!" while decked out in leis.

Elsewhere in the comment section, O'Malley thanked her fans — who have been supporting her amid her stand-up comedy tour — for helping her make the vacation happen.

"Also just wanted to say, I'm feeling so incredibly stoked and grateful to be able to do this for my mama. Never in a million years did I ever think I'd be able to," she wrote.

In a reply comment, O'Malley added, "Just wanted to thank everyone who bought tickets to my shows last year & all the upcoming shows this year. Just feeling really happy. Love you guys dearly."

"((P.S. been saving up points all year to put towards this, I don't officially have it like that yet hahahaha))" she wrote in a third comment.

On Dec. 23, O'Malley uploaded a TikTok video revealing that she hasn't started any of her holiday shopping and was about to start the night before Christmas Eve. "Oh Grace, why do you look like a mess?" she said in the clip.

"Oh cause I don't know, I've been really sick and also just going, going, going, going, going," she said in the video. Meanwhile, she also overlayed the clip with text that ready, "Some may say ... UNWELL."

Fans caught on to the cryptic messaging and are theorizing it's a subtle nod to O'Malley's predicted appearance on Alex Cooper's podcast, Call Her Daddy, in the wake of the comedian's departure from Barstool Sports and Plan Bri Uncut, which she cohosted with Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia.

Cooper, 30, is the founder of Unwell Network, which she launched with her now-husband, Matt Kaplan in 2023. They signed O'Malley on Dec. 19, who joined the ranks of previously signed influencers like Alix Earle, 24, and Madeline Argy, 24.

One day before the announcement, the media powerhouse teased a collab with O'Malley on TikTok. Cooper shared a screenshot of her recent call history with the comic and addressed fans in the caption: "You can stop tagging me, I know what needs to be done," wrote Cooper.

Meanwhile, the Unwell Network founder and O'Malley have their Barstool alumna status in common. The former star started her Call Her Daddy podcast with Sofia Franklyn in 2018 and had the support of Barstool founder Dave Portnoy. In 2021, she signed a $60 million deal with Spotify — and by 2025, the hit show will move to SiriusXM. (Multiple outlets reported that the deal is said to be worth over $100 million.)

O'Malley started working with Barstool in 2022 as cohost of the PlanBri Uncut podcast with LaPaglia. On Dec. 16, the comedian revealed that she was leaving Barstool on her Instagram Stories, shortly after she confirmed that her time on PlanBri Uncut was coming to an end.

"I wanted you guys to hear from me first that this is my last day at Barstool. I'm so grateful to everyone at the company and to Dave for taking a chance on me. I'm just as surprised as you are there are no typos in this statement," read the text over a photo of O'Malley.

News of her Barstool departure came less than one week after LaPaglia shared her side of the story regarding their friendship amid rumors of a rift between the pair on the BFFs podcast.
