It's been a whirlwind of love and friendship for Gemma Collins as she rang in the festive season with her beau Rami and the dynamic duo Jedward. With another candle on the birthday cake soon, Gemma, who became engaged to her entrepreneur partner Rami Hawash in a stunning Maldives setting over a year ago, has likely got her long-awaited marriage on her mind, a source tells OK!.

"Gemma can't wait for her wedding day and is going to make sure it's amazing, she's inviting everyone - even people she has fallen out with publicly, she sees this wedding as a clean slate," the source claimed. Despite a turbulent 2024 for the pair, with health scares for Gemma’s mom, Joan, and the loss of Rami's father, resilience has been their love story's cornerstone, they added.

"Meeting Rami has changed her life and she is finally really happy and in love. He has made her so much more calm and grounded and has actually made her into a better person so she wants to share that with the world now."

Gemma has been candid about her desire to become a mum and her deep affection for Rami's 7-year-old son Tristan. She recently displayed her motherly side by inviting identical twins John and Edward Grimes, better known as Jedward, to spend Christmas at her Essex home.

The twins, who first gained fame on The X Factor in 2006 and later appeared on two seasons of Celebrity Big Brother, have spoken about how Gemma provides them with a safe and loving environment during what is otherwise a challenging time for them. " Christmas is really sad, this year we're going to be spending it with Gemma because most of our family have sadly passed," they disclosed last month. "Gemma's a real one, you know, having someone like Gemma in our lives has definitely been hugely uplifting."

The Dublin-born twins tragically lost their mum, Susannah Condron, in 2019 after a heartbreaking five-year battle with leukaemia. They paid an emotional tribute to her at the time, describing her as "not only our mom but the core to the whole family".

Now, with Gemma stepping in as a much-needed friend and possibly even a maternal figure, the twins are expected to play a significant role in her big day with Rami, according to our source. "She's got such a close bond with Jedward now and they will be playing a really special part in the wedding," they revealed.

"She loves those boys and is looking forward to spending more time with them for 2025, she's finally living the life she always dreamed of."

Gemma, who first started dating Rami in 2011, dropped a bombshell about her wedding plans, hinting that her beloved twins might take on a special role on her big day. "I joked to my mum that I might have them walk me down the aisle – they are my dog's godfathers, after all," she said previously. "They're honestly like family to me, I adore them."

The fabulous trio hit it off on Angela Scanlon's RTÉ show Ask Me Anything in Dublin back in 2021, and their friendship has only grown stronger. Gemma gushes over them as "the kindest people to me and real friends", and they've got nothing but love for her too, once calling her "a solid person" and revealing there's so much more to Gemma than the public persona.

Echoing their sentiment, earlier this year Gemma shared with us her new life mantra, embracing Mother Nature and enriching her soul with gardening, genuine friendships, and love. Yet, staying true to her GC alter ego, she confessed she's dreaming of not one, but three weddings, including a woodland ceremony to capture that "earthy vibe".

Meanwhile, Rami, the car business entrepreneur, is set to hit a milestone 50th birthday in August, which could make for an extra-special year if wedding bells chime too.

Another key figure on the day will be Rami's son Tristan from a previous relationship, who has had Gemma in his life since he was three. "Since day one, it's been so easy to love him," Gemma shared. "We've got such a bond, like he's my [biological] child anyway."

Despite her new wholesome vibe, insiders say that Gemma's wedding to fiancé Rami will still be nothing short of fabulous - just what a diva like the GC deserves! "Gemma is gearing up for her wedding day of dreams and it won't be short of extravagance, it will be typical GC style with no expense spared."
