Gaz Beadle debuts huge body transformation - as ex Emma McVey cosies up to new love
Former Geordie Shore star Gaz Beadle has shown off his impressive body transformation in a new snap after undergoing a lifestyle and exercise overhaul.
The 36 year old dad of two took to Instagram to share a topless snap as he showed off his ribbed abs and bulging biceps as he flexed. The second snap was a 'before' snap from September last year.
In the caption, he raved about his progress, writing: "Swipe to see me in september last year... Also can't promise you will ever see me do this pose again @ryanwaughphysiques your fault!!!! Proud of how far i have came and soooooo close to my target of 83KG...."
His followers flooded the comments section, including Gaz's former Geordie Shore co-star Scott Timlin, who wrote: "Hench like lad x".
Someone else wrote: "Inspirational mate, smashed it," whilst a third said: "Haha yes bro, looking mega! Now let’s get them lungs built."
His post came after his ex-wife, Emma McVey, shared her joy with her new boyfriend on Instagram, following her split with Gaz last year. The 31 year old TOWIE alum and influencer couldn't hide her joy as she shared snaps with her mystery man, captioning them with a simple: "May happiness."
Emma is seen in a series of snaps, cuddling her new beau as he lifts her off the ground. In another photo, she's caught in a loving gaze with him.
She captioned one of the photos: "After every storm comes a rainbow." Fans were quick to express their joy at the post, with one writing: "Lovely to see you happy again . Life too short grab it with both hands xx"
Another added: "So happy for you and the children. You deserve the world".
Gaz confirmed their split back in October 2023, responding to a curious fan's question with: "No we actually separated about 3 weeks ago we are still friends there is no bad blood or anything."
He continued, emphasising their commitment to their children: "We have worked out the best way of doing it for the kids which for me and Emma is always gunna be the most important thing. We both deserve to be happy as well as being parents."
Gaz is rumoured to be dating golfing pro Charley Hull. The star, who is a keen golfer himself, has reportedly been seen playing the game with his new love interest in Northumberland.
In May, Gaz spent some quality time with son Chester, six, and daughter Primrose, four at a public swimming pool in Leeds. Gaz shared a number of snaps to Instagram of the day out, as he beamed alongside his little ones in the water and later enjoyed an iced coffee. He even treated his fans to a pic of his gym-honed physique as he enjoyed the sunshine.
Captioning the post, Gaz wrote: "My 2 reasons to keep going they mean more to me then they will ever know.
"Perfect saturday Doing what us 3 love doing more then anything SWIMMING. People asking this is David Lloyd Leeds."
