Stephanie Turner, a native of New Orleans, and her husband, Terry, have moved multiple times across the country, but have most recently landed in Florida. “Our goal was to move back to the Gulf Coast and specifically the area of Bradenton,” Stephanie, who is a garden designer, begins.

The couple decided to rent a one-bedroom, 820-square-foot unit in a “brand-new luxury apartment complex that we could make our own.” Stephanie says she has a passion for “blending 17th-century French furniture with garden objects and plants.”

And she, along with Terry who is a retail and design director, have “created an ode to the outdoors with natural materials, garden elements, shells, plants, and artwork.”

    STORY: President Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive order on tariffs later on Monday or Tuesday, according to a source familiar with the situation, in a move that could increase the risk of a multi-front trade war.Trump said Sunday he would impose a 25% tariff increase on all steel and aluminum imports into the U.S. on top of existing duties and a further set of reciprocal tariffs later in the week, drawing warnings of retaliation from trade partners.But Browne noted that all three of Wall Street's main indexes were higher on Monday, unlike the "big pullbacks" they suffered when Trump announced steep tariffs on Canada, Mexico and China less than two weeks ago. Browne said investors now appear more willing to let Trump's tariff policy "play out a little bit, because it's happening within the backdrop of a pretty strong economy, really good overall earnings and a lot of moving parts. So, for every company that might be impacted negatively by tariffs, they might be positively impacted by an extension of the tax cuts or maybe even some other incentives from a regulatory perspective."
