Anybody suffering from the Bridgerton blues can breathe a sigh of relief as, contrary to popular opinion, there are no current plans to 'combine' seasons.

Speaking to Teen Vogue on June 14, Bridgerton showrunner Jess Brownell confirmed the fact. 'I don’t have any plans to combine seasons,' she told the outlet. 'I want every sibling to have their own season and I know that Shonda [Rhimes] wants that as well.'

Fans have been speculating since the airing of the season three finale which member of the Bridgerton brood will be the focus of the upcoming fourth season. Fans have argued that Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson) should be next since his journey with love interest Sophie — which was the focus of the third novel An Offer From a Gentleman — was passed over for season three, while others have suggested that Francesca Bridgerton could be next.
