Swap Champagne for Jansz Cuvee – Tasmania, Australia

Swap Pinot Grigio for Picpoul de Pinet – Rhone Valley, France

Swap Sauvignon Blanc for Calvet Fleur Baron – Bordeaux, France

Swap Sauternes for Vinsanto – Santorini, Greece

Swap your current Riesling for this one from British Columbia, Canada

Swap Chablis for Godello – Northern Spain

Swap Pinot Noir for Frappato – Mount Etna, Italy

Swap Cabernet Franc for Mencia – Northern Spain

Swap Shiraz or Chateauneuf du Pape for Grenache – Rhone Valley, France

We all nearly had a heart attack when we thought there might be Prosecco shortage, but this year you should try Franciacorta – referred to by some as ‘Italy’s champagne’.
According to Joe: “More serious than Prosecco and made in the same way as champagne… it’s warmer, more generous and fleshier.
