First Love Island All Star confirmed and Welsh star rumoured
The first contestant for Love Island: All Stars has been confirmed as India Reynolds, a fan favourite from series five. However, Welsh fans might be happy to hear that rumours have been swirling that Paige Thorne, the Swansea-born star of series eight, could also be making a return to the villa.
Paige, who is a trained paramedic became well-known during her 2022 Love Island journey, where she formed connections with Jacques O’Neill and later Adam Collard. Although neither relationship worked out after the show, Paige left a lasting impression on fans.
Since her time in the villa, Paige has built a successful profile as a social media influencer, collaborating with major fashion and beauty brands. For the latest TV & Showbiz news, sign up to our newsletter

Speculation about Paige’s return to Love Island grew after she responded to a fan comment on Instagram in late December 2024 during a Q&A on her Snapchat account. A fan wrote: “Can’t wait to see you on love island!!!”
Paige did not deny the idea or brush it aside, as she posted to a story a picture of her in a bikini, sharing her reply back: “I am in need of some sunshine tbf.”
Earlier last year, a source also told The Sun: “Paige was in talks to do All Stars earlier this year, but things didn’t quite work out, and she didn’t make the final cut. This time around, producers are really keen to have her back. They think she is the perfect addition to spice things up.”
Meanwhile, India Reynolds, who placed third with Ovie Soko in 2019, has been spotted at Cape Town Airport, confirming her role in the upcoming series. India, 34, entered the villa as a bombshell during one of the show’s most memorable seasons, which included contestants like Molly-Mae Hague and Amber Gill.
Season eight's Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, from Loughton, Essex, known for her dramatic stint and winning the £50,000 prize alongside Davide Sanclimenti, is also reportedly in talks to make a comeback according to the Mirror. With her previous relationship not lasting, she seems poised for another shot at love
Love Island: All Stars, hosted by Maya Jama, will feature past contestants returning to South Africa for another chance at love. With Paige and other fan favourites rumoured to be joining the cast, the show is already shaping up to be a fiery one, and if last year was anything to go by we’re bound to be in for plenty of drama in paradise this time around.
The reality show is set to return to ITV on January 13 at 9pm and there has been plenty of excitement in the air from fans. The reality series spin-off was teased on the show's Instagram page, featuring an image of an invitation that read: "Dear Islander, as dating royalty, you are cordially invited back to the villa as a Love Island All Star."
