Get your festival gear ready because Festifeel is BACK for its sixth year and the line-up is better than ever.

Festifeel is an annual event which raises money for CoppaFeel!, a charity founded in October 2009 by Kristin Hallenga, who was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer aged 23.

Curated by Fearne Cotton, this year’s Festifeel (the biggest yet) will take place at House of Vans in London on October 10th 2015, and as ever, will feature an amazing, eclectic line-up, special acoustic sets and workshops.

Confirmed on this year’s fantastic line-up are: Billie Marten, Eaves, Woman’s Hour, Reef, Lucy Rose, Slaves, Everything Everything, Mike Skinner and Radio 1′s dance guru Danny Howard.

CoppaFeel! work tirelessly to raise awareness of breast cancer - including knowing the signs and symptoms, how to check your boobs for any signs of breast cancer and how IMPORTANT it is to do so. They also encourage people to seek medical referral if they notice any abnormalities.

Breast cancer is the second most commonly diagnosed cancer in women under 30 in the UK, with 181 new cases diagnoses and 12 deaths annually.

At the moment, 5% of diagnosed cases are already at stage IV. In addition, one in eight women will be diagnosed with the disease at some stage in their life.

The charity, who rely solely on voluntary donations, want to see a country where NO-ONE dies of breast cancer because of misdiagnosis or late detection. To help spread their message, the charity have been embarking on a Summer Boob Tour, getting thousands of young people talking about breast cancer.

Festifeel is the final stop on this tour, and curator Fearne is especially excited to be involved.

She said: “Festifeel is back, bigger than ever and I can’t wait to be involved again! The bands and artists I ask to play are always so excited to get involved, but more importantly to get behind CoppaFeel!’s life-saving message and work.

“I have been patron of CoppaFeel! for 4 years now and have loved watching it grow from strength to strength. Bring on the FUN!”
