Felicity Kendal looks years younger than 77 in age-defying new pictures

Felicity Kendal looks to be defying ageing in new photos, with the 77 year old actress looking decades younger than her birth certificate. Felicity appeared on the red carpet at the Theatre Royal Haymarket, ready for a press night performance of A View From The Bridge.

The Good Life star looked exceptionally stylish in flared blue jeans and a navy blue blouse. She accessorised with a thin, patterned scarf and several necklaces, as well as a pair of oversized sunglasses.

Finishing off her red carpet look, Felicity sported a navy blue blazer with a contrasting black collar, and carried a small black handbag in her hand. She beamed for the camera as she mingled with fellow celebrities at the London event.

Felicity posed for photos with the likes of Tracy-Ann Oberman, Omari Douglas, and Steven Sater. She also caught up with theatre director Lindsay Posner inside the star-studded event.

Other famous faces at the press night performance included Davina McCall, Callum Scott Howells and Anais Gallagher. Actress Sarah Parish and singer Alison Mosshart were also among the attendees.

Felicity, who turns 78 in September, began her career in the 1960s and has enjoyed many decades of success. She is arguably best known for playing Barbara Good in The Good Life, which aired on BBC One from 1975 until 1978.

The sitcom proved to be her big break and she went on to star in Solo, This Mistress, Honey For Tea and Rosemary & Thyme. She also starred in The Camomile Lawn as Helena Cuthbertson.

Felicity enjoyed huge success in theatre, having made her first stage appearance when she was just nine months old in a production put on by her family's company. She has starred in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Romeo and Juliet, The Real Thing, Heartbreak House, Chin Chin and many, many more.

She has won six awards throughout the theatre career; four Variety Club awardds, a Clarence Derwent Award and an Evening Standard Theatre Award. Her most recent stint on stage was in 2023 in Noises Off, in which she played Dotty Otley.

Away from work, Felicity is mum to two sons, Charley and Jacob. She welcomed Charley during her first marriage to Drewe Henley. The pair married in 1968 and divorced in 1979.

She welcomed her second son, Jacob, while married to Michael Rudman. She and Michael divorced in 1991 but went on to reunited in 1998, and were together until his death in 2023.
