Fearne Cotton's workout posts are the fitness encouragement we all need
We love Fearne Cotton for her honesty, her humour and of course her great style but recently it's her relatable workout posts that have got us double-tapping.
The busy mum, wife and presenter has shared snippets of her home workout routine on her Instagram and from kitchen yoga to a stolen 20-minute workout while her husband Jesse watches the kids, they're all refreshingly honest.
Keeping up any sort of exercise routine is a challenge, especially when you have kids and Fearne sharing the real and gritty highs and lows of her own attempts to keep fit have made us all feel so much better about ourselves.
In a recent post she shared a photo of herself in a sports bra and said: "Not much kip, lady cramps and a Peppa Pig plaster on a badly stubbed toe. To say I couldn’t be arsed to work out today is an understatement but I’m so glad I did. It might just be the only 20 minutes I get to myself today. Now tag team with @jessejameswood ❤️"

The TV star got loads of comments in response, sympathising with her period pains and recommending other short workouts she could try.
