It’s a cruel thing that our favourite treats tend to be the most sugary and calorific.
And while it’s tempting to say that booze doesn’t ‘count’, cocktails are no exception, and you can end up drinking all that sugar you’d tried so hard to avoid during a long day surrounded by cakes at the office.
