Madewell The Greta Round-Toe Ballet Flat in Mesh, $110, available here: "I have black Mary Janes, I have mesh ballet flats, but I do not have black mesh Mary Jane ballet flats — so, according to fashion math, I need these. I love the minimalist silhouette and the price point, in particular." —Dhani Mau, Editor-in-Chief

Cuyana Oversized Linea Bag in Charcoal, $498, available here: "The clean silhouette and slightly slouchy effect of this oversized tote make it reminiscent of much pricier luxury bags I can only ever dream of owning. But I also love how practical it is: The roominess make it perfect for travel, schlepping around a laptop or book and more." —Stephanie Saltzman, Beauty Director

Vuori Daily Wide-Leg Pants, $98, available here (sizes XXS-XXL): "As the name implies, I could easily wear these pants daily. (I have them in black as well, so sometimes I do!) The super-wide, high-rise waist is very sleek, and creates a streamlined look under a fitted top. I regularly wear these to coffee, yoga and then with an oversized knit to work — they're just that comfortable and easy to style." —Savannah Sitton, Contributing Market Editor

Steve Madden Kari Black Patent Slingback, $100, available here: "During New York Fashion Week, I needed a shoe that would look sleek with all of my outfits but also hold up while I ran around the city. These Steve Madden slingbacks checked off every box. Not once did my feet hurt throughout the week, and I never had to sacrifice my look for comfort." —Brooke Frischer, Staff Writer

Hanifa Courtni Hoodie, $129, available here (sizes XS-3XL): "Hanifa's new comfort capsule includes this waist-hugging hoodie that I cannot get over, especially after never getting my hands on H&M's corseted Mugler hoodie. Hanifa elevates the style with soft terry fabric and a two-way zipper that adds modularity." —Andrea Bossi, Staff Writer

Madewell Skinny Flare Jeans in Rinse Wash, $118 $60, available here (sizes 23-34): "I don't see myself returning to skinny jeans any time soon, but I love the cut of these jeans. It's a subtle flare for those who don't want to go full bell-bottom, and it's still wide enough to show off your favorite boots. Plus, the dark wash instantly adds a touch of sophistication to the casual piece." —Catie Pusateri, Contributing Writer

Bally Ballyrina Criss Cross Ballet Flats, $820, available here: "I was obsessed with the shoes on Bally's Spring 2024 runway, and now they're here. I love that they feel classic and elevated but still novel, thanks to the criss-cross straps. If these ever go on sale...they are mine." —Dhani

House of Aama x Target High-Neck Maxi Knit Dress, $45, available here: "I bought this dress as soon as the House of Aama x Target collaboration was released in stores, and I could write a novel on how much I love it. The length hits right at my ankles, the knit is ultra-cozy and the bright-green colorway is an unexpected (but highly welcomed) step away from my usual preference for black and white. I wore this on the coldest day during NYFW, and remained fashionably warm the whole time." —Janelle Sessoms, Staff Writer

Donni The Silky Simple Pant in Navy, $168, available here (sizes XXS-XXL): "For those days when I want to feel like I'm in loungewear, but can't get away with literally wearing the same leggings I also do yoga in, I'm loving these silky, super-comfy pants. I've also been getting more into navy lately, and love the idea of pairing it with chocolate brown, Olsen-style." —Steph

Mother The Long Chopper, $350, available here (sizes XS-XL): "You know I'm a sucker for a good leather jacket. I love how this cinched, longline silhouette looks on me. The tailored fit is just impeccable, which is crucial for a hybrid style like this — trust me, I've tried many. The best part: I scored the very last one (somehow magically in my size, it felt like fate) on major sale, down from $350 to $86 (!) thanks to my Honey drop list alert." —Savannah

Jenny Bird Puffy Faye Knockers Earrings, $138, available here: "As someone who doesn't typically have time to remember if the chain on my bag matches the metal of my necklace, these two-toned earrings have helped me feel coordinated instead of mismatched. The silver and gold detailing ties all of my accessories together perfectly." —Brooke

Free People Slouchy Carryall, $78, available here: "I've said it once, and I'll say again: I love a good oversized bag. This slouchy number is so spacious, I can easily use it as an overnight bag. It fits my laptop, wallet and books with plenty of room to spare. Plus, the deep interior pockets prevent me from having to embarrassingly dig around my bag to find my keys." —Janelle

L'Agence Brooklyn Cargo Jean, $375, available here (sizes 23-34): "I love that the cargo pant trend has stuck around for so long, because they're one of the most comfortable pants styles (and best-looking, in my opinion). L'Agence offers a cool denim take that sits high on the waist." —Andrea

Puma Palermo Leather Sneakers, $90, available here: "I'm a Converse and Nike girlie through and through, but Puma has found itself high on my rankings. I was kindly gifted these by the brand, and have since walked multiple blocks in them without any hint of ache. The unique design is noticeable enough that I always receive compliments while out and about, but they also have just the right amount of versatility to be worn day-to-day." —Janelle

House of CB Mahalia Navy Mini Dress, $269, available here (sizes XS-L+): "It's another month of me falling in love with a House of CB dress. The elongated, slightly flared sleeves are the perfect accent to this navy blue dress, and the angled decorative pockets accentuate the hips just right. It even comes in a slightly longer size for those looking for some extra coverage." —Catie

Oddobody French Cut, $24, available here: "I bought two pairs of these after seeing an Instagram ad, and they're now my favorite underwear ever. They're super lightweight and comfortable, have a cool retro fit and are made from 100% organic cotton. (For more on the benefits of that, read this.)" —Dhani

Reformation Vina Dress in Black, $248, available here (sizes 0-12): "One thing getting me through February dreariness is dreaming about my honeymoon coming up in the spring — and shopping for it. This minimalist, sheer dress is at the top of my list. Doesn't it just beg to be worn with strappy sandals and an Aperol spritz in Positano?" —Steph

Steele & Borough The Weekender Bag, $220, available here: "I parted ways with my beloved eight-year-old duffle bag some months ago and, after several shopping fails, have finally found the upgrade I needed from a Scandi brand. It's spacious and sturdy, no matter how much I stuff in it. (This one bag carried me to and from a weekend of skiing!) The strap doesn't bruise my shoulders, like other weekender bags have. It's also easy to clean, and every detail — from the leather to the hardware — feels cool and thoughtful." —Savannah

Julia Allert Fashion Single-Breasted Maxi Coat, $525 $315, available here (sizes S-XL): "This coat was a true outfit saver throughout New York Fashion Week. Amy Shehab Jumbo Classic Leather Bag, $450, available here: "I was sad to have missed the restock of Amy Shehab's waitlist-garnering shoulder bag this month, but I will not be deterred until I own this XXXL beaut. I'll catch you next time, restock email — you can bet on that." —Savannah

Lee x Basquiat Print Cotton Graphic Sweater, $150, available here (sizes L-2XL): "When I can wear something to show my love for Basquiat, I do, and I love that this Lee drop champions his art at more affordable prices than other recent collaborations." —Andrea

Quay x Danielle Guizio Uniform Sunglasses, $125, available here: "I've been loving these sunglasses for days when I need a decent amount of shade but don't necessarily want to hide my eyes completely. The rose-colored lenses paired with the tortoiseshell frame make the pair just neutral enough that they go with everything, but vibrant enough that they add a touch of pizazz to any outfit." —Brooke

Everlane The Way-High Curve Jean, $128, available here (sizes 23-32): "As someone who's 5'4, it can be hard to find pants that feel like they're right for my frame. But between a high waist and curved cut, these Everlane jeans fit just right and make me feel good, whether it's casual with a T-shirt or more formal with a silky blouse. I also tend to get compliments when I wear this statement pair." —Andrea
