BBC's Towards Zero confirms release date with first trailer
If you're anything like us and can't get enough of Agatha Christie novels and crime dramas, then you're in luck as an adaptation of Towards Zero is coming to the BBC this year.
The best-selling mystery novel from the beloved author follows a fateful summer featuring a shocking event, false theft charge, and a tennis star's love life which surprisingly begin to connect, resulting in the revelation of a murder plot. The BBC has just release a trailer for the show and it looks like a must-watch with stunning 1930s settings and plenty of twists.

BBC's Towards Zero: Plot
The official plot for the upcoming drama is as follows, "England, 1936. After a scandalous celebrity divorce, Nevile Strange and his ex-wife Audrey make the unthinkable decision to spend a summer together at Gull’s Point, their childhood home and the coastal estate of Nevile's aunt, Lady Tressilian.
"With unfinished business between the former childhood sweethearts, plus the presence of Nevile’s new wife Kay, tensions are running high. Add to this a long-suffering lady’s companion, a mysterious gentleman’s valet, an exiled cousin with a grudge, a venerable family lawyer, an inquisitive orphan and a French con man, and soon there will be murder.
"A troubled detective must rediscover his purpose to untangle a toxic web of jealousy, deceit and dysfunction. Can he solve the crime before another victim meets their death? The BBC has just dropped the trailer for the upcoming Agatha Christie adaptation and it looks seriously gripping.
The trailer gives us a sneak peek into the drama unfolding at a beautiful coastal estate and introduces us to some of the lead character including Neville Strange (Oliver Jackson-Cohen) and both his ex-wife Audrey (Ella Lily Hyland ) and his new wife, Kay (Mimi Keene). Throw in Hollywood legend Anjelica Huston as the sharp-witted Lady Tressilian, and you've got a recipe for classic Christie thriller.

There is not long to wait now, the three-part drama is set to premiere on Sunday 2nd March , 2025 at 9pm, with the episodes landing on BBC iPlayer at 6am that day.
