Duke and Duchess of Cambridge toast marshmallows with their children in family video

Watch: William and Kate release family video to mark 10th wedding anniversary

Prince William and Kate have shared footage of their life at home with their children to thank the public for the support since their wedding day 10 years ago.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge married in Westminster Abbey on 29 April 2011, and now have three children - Prince George, seven, Princess Charlotte, who turns six on Sunday, and Prince Louis, who is three.

To mark their 10th anniversary, they shared two new portraits, but in a bonus for royal fans, they have released a video clip on social media, which shows them enjoying the countryside with their three kids.

Sharing the clip on Instagram, they wrote: "Thank you to everyone for the kind messages on our wedding anniversary. We are enormously grateful for the 10 years of support we have received in our lives as a family."

The message was signed "W&C" indicating a personal message from the duke and duchess themselves.

The footage includes a clip of Prince George looking out over a beach, and a glimpse of Charlotte and Louis playing on a seesaw.

In another moment, the family toasts marshmallows together over an open fire.

Kate playfully chases their toddler son Louis, while William can be seen playing with Charlotte.

George holds his mother's hand as they walk along in another sweet moment.

The video was shot by Will Warr at their home in Norfolk, Anmer Hall.

The family went to Norfolk during the first lockdown, and spent more time there over Christmas and during the third lockdown in England in January and February.

It's a busy time of year for the Cambridges, with Louis's third birthday on 23 April followed quickly by the couple's anniversary on 29 April.

On 2 May, their daughter Charlotte will celebrate her birthday.

All three children are now at school or nursery, with Charlotte and George attending Thomas's Battersea.

It was announced last week that Louis has started at Willcocks Nursery in London, which is where his older sister Charlotte also went.

George went to nursery in Norfolk as they did not live in London full-time at that point.

The couple has gradually taken on more royal work and are now an integral part of the Royal Family.

During the pandemic they were relied upon as the younger members of the family to be out and about when restrictions allowed, as they were less vulnerable.
